There have been rumors about a Nokia Windows RT tablet for some time now, but a new report today at least puts a name to the device.
Codenamed “Sirius”, the 10.1 inch tablet by Nokia will supposedly be thinner than Apple’s iPad, and will also more closely follow the design aesthetics of the Nokia Lumia Windows Phone range. The specifications are up for debate, with most claiming that Nokia will fit the tablet with a 1920 x 1080 resolution, and feature Qualcomm’s quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB of RAM.
There’s no formal word yet on this from Nokia, but it’s expected the company will release full details at its upcoming New York event on September 26th.
