Waiting for the ultra high resolution screen based MacBook Pro Retina to get an upgrade? Chances are that it might be revealed at the yet-to-be-announced September 10 event along with the new iPhones. That is, if the report by Hong Kong based EMSOne turns out to be correct who is stating that Taiwanese manufacturers have begun shipping components for it.
Although the MacBook Air line has already been bumped up to the latest Intel Haswell CPUs, offering an astonishing twelve hour battery life, the MacBook Pro have yet to be upgraded to these new CPUs. Intel has also worked hard on the GPU for Haswell which will make it easier to drive the ultra high resolution requirements of the MacBook Pro Retina.
